I was admitted in hospital for last 4-5days for a operation. This credits speacially goes to Tandarah ward and also ALL the hospital members.. thank you really very much treatijg me like a family member and past few days the you make me feel the hospital is my home. You are the Really really lovely kind clever staff i've ever seen.... i have no words to express my gratitude to all of you... may you all be blessed! One of my best experience during first ever medical procedure of life. The first impression from admission desk, Rita helped me out for the paperwork and then a staff nurse smoothly transitioned me to the ward. Special thanks to attending nurse who started her shift at 11 on 9th March night. Despite busy night she tried her very best to help and support me after my medical procedure. Felt like under care of my 2nd family. Thanks so much......
Went in for a day procedure and cannot fault the team and the staff. Absolutely everything was on point and well managed. I even got a call few days later to see how I was doing which was a nice touch.
Awesome and a great example of people who care and well kept facilities. After waiting hours at another hospital, we took our little girl here and went straight through to be seen by a dr. (Yes it was 320, but well worth it) we had the best treatment in ED from doctors and nurses who clearly cared about their patients. Thankyou knox private
Sitting here the long wait which needs to be done and not out of choice . The day is passing slowly as I watch the staff screening every person for this awful virus. They are so very polite and making every one feel welcome. I want to say thank you The empty chair is the feeling you have as you wait
Had a day procedure today at Knox Private - from the moment I walked through the hospital entrance to when I left, I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing Nurses and staff. I was a little anxious, having not been in hospital or had surgery for about 20 years!...the Nurses and staff made me feel so relaxed. Unfortunately I can't remember all the names of the beautiful Nurses who attended to me, but Tiana, Chris, Sonia, Janette and Dawt were absolutely professional and such kind, caring, lovely souls who made me feel very well looked after and informed. The Hospital was absolutely spotless and everything ran so smoothly and efficiently. Thankyou for everything xxx
Had a very pleasant experience at Knox private. The nursing staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even the porters were so friendly, cracking jokes and making me feel comfortable. Enjoyed the food as well. I felt so well cared for. Thank you, all of you!
