So disappointing. Here is a comparison with DNA Q who was used mostly by Australians in Ukraine waiting for DNA tests for our babies born via surrogacy. My DNA test was completed before other parents and their babies. However my test results took two weeks to arrive at DNA Solutions and they weren't able to tell me where the test was. The next issue was the delay in completing the test results. I paid a priority fee and yet my friends on the same journey didn't pay a priority fee to DNA Q and still received their results faster. Surrogacy in Ukraine for Australians as a very large facebook group who post and share information about the surrogacy process including DNA testing. I have shared my experience with this community recommending DNA Q as they are more responsive and faster to process the test.
I'm going to try animetics for my next lot of 10 feather samples. I am so over DNA solutions not delivering results in the time frame they advertise, and the rude response if I dare enquire about why the results are taking longer. The PR is beyond pathetic. Mind you they charge my credit card promptly!
