Would have been nice to know that an item went out of stock before the order arrived, but they let me know when it was coming in and I got it on the next rounds. Really good friendly customer service even 10 minutes before closing!!! When I rang a 2nd time to discuss a new online order, they were happy to process the purchase over the phone. After I placed my order online, a staff member rang me shortly after to verify that I was happy with my order because what I ordered was slightly different from what we discussed. They just wanted to get everything right. Both deliveries were placed exactly where I wanted them.

Wanneroo stock-feeders is an amazing local business. I can pop in and browse, if I can’t find what I’m looking for I am assisted by the wonderfully knowledgeable staff. If I’m running short of time for a browse which can take a while, I can order online and have everything I’m looking for waiting for me to pick up. All in all it’s the very best experience when shopping for all things horses. Great job guys
