So lovely and caring. I have had to have my 18 year old cat and 17 year old dog put down in the last two years and they have been so amazing. The care prior to and after was exceptional. Will continue to go with any new additions the the family.

Kind caring staff always. Naresh has been looking after our pets for over 30 years and he still has the same cheeky laugh. No pet is too small (I took my rat) or too big or too different (they love chooks too).

I used to think this place was good until a few months ago. I was getting my cavoodles ears checked as he was scratching them a bit. But no infection. I mentioned that he scratches all over and shouldn't as I give him oral flea treatment. My dogs skin is not red. The vet tells me to put him on cortisone. I tell the vet that it's minor itch. But without any investigation she just keeps urging me to put him on cortisone. I then go to pet barn, they ask me heaps of questions (which is something the vet should have done) we establish that I wash him too much and we changed his diet. All fixed. I just feel like this vet lady was super lazy, did no investigation and didn't care about my dog. She just wanted to sell me expensive drugs that can have bad side effects. Won't go there again. I'm really put off trusting vets as I had no idea that they would be about making money.
