Always get great care from the Vets and amazing staff. Lovely people who really do care. Phone calls are never a problem and they are always helpful. Highly recommend to everyone. I have been to many other vets over the years in our area and no others give the great service that these guys do.
I highly recommend Guy, and the staff at Southern Cross Vets, both Wamuran and Woodford Clinic! The staff are supporting and understanding of both animals and their humans. They have consistently shown me honesty and professional integrity, so I know I'm getting the best possible care for my fur babies!
Wow what a terrible experience. Tom was 20minuets late to our appointment for our dog. , when he finally arrived he was extremely arrogant and rude. My partner tried calming our dog as she was extremely scared and sooking, Tom noted she shouldn’t do that and my partner didn’t hear him. so he then yelled right in her face SHOOE. we then said we would leave as we weren’t comfortable with the experience, he then forcefully held our dog on the table and said no we can start again. I then stepped in and said you don’t need to speak to my partner like that and please let go of my animal and I removed our dog. We never were offered an apologie from the behind the desk or him self. And as I asked for his name he said “ it’s out the front “. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. seems if you aren’t a local to Wamuran these people could care less about your business and how they treat others. Horrible experience !!
Guy and his staff are so very caring and compassionate when it comes to looking after my 3 pets. l will be forever grateful to these lovely people at the Southern Cross Vet. God Bless Sharon Parker
