Having been to this facility on a number of occasions (unfortunately). The services that they offer have always shown a very respectful, considerate and professional attitude towards their clients. Helping people to say goodbye to those who have passed on and allowing some closure. A hard job but done well.

My mother passed away 2 years ago. At her funeral they welcomed everyone and used a completely different name to my mothers. Played the wrong music. For the amount it cost I expected better.

They truly made a difficult time so much easier. I would highly recommend Pettigrew to look after your needs in these hard times. Also a special thank you to Ken we couldn't ask for a better person to do the service. Thanking you all Leanne Saunders

Its been 5 years since my mother died and I am still angry with the service that was received from Pettigrew. My brother and I were executors of my mothers estate and were responsible for organising her funeral, out of respect for my mothers boyfriend and trying to take everyones feelings into consideration we took his suggesting and went with Pettigrew. We met with Pettigrew, agreed the coffin and flowers and the order of service. We had the order of service printed for attendees. However on the day they did not follow the order of service instead had allowed her boyfriend to change it, separating his eulogy from everyone elses and going at the very end of the service, a move from not only was agreed but also what was expected and printed in the order of service. Instead of giving a well rounded story of her life and giving equal weight to all important people, it weighted her boyfriends experience much greater than her own relatives, it became about him. I was disgusted that they allowed this and that they didnt even check with those responsible for making decisions for the service that a change was ok. Be careful that they will allow anyone that contacts them and just change the service even if you are the person responsible. So from my experience of their service i am still deeply hurt that this had happened. My own mothers funeral was not only a deeply sad experience but ended up being bitter and angry. It is not something you get a second change with DO NOT USE

Extremely sad and disappointed that the online streaming of Ray Stuart's funeral, today 1 May, was ceased after about 10 mins due to technical difficulties. Surely a Professional Service would have IT people on hand to quickly fix such a problem. The chance to be "with the family"for this once only occasion will not come again.

Pettigrew Funerals are the absolute epitome of grace care and excellence. From the first meeting they took care of everything with such caring and ease. The whole process was kind comforting and extremely professional. Everything was so smooth and the team of Ally, Simon and Damien made our day very memorable. The Yates family cannot thank these people enough for their care and professionalism. Kind Regards The Yates Family
