What a bunch of amateurs!! There is no wonder they are closing down. They can't even book in appointments properly for the correct date and time and claim they are booked out for 6 weeks in advance. We were scheduled for a suspension change but we're booked in for a cruise control software update. The admin lady is not only rude but knows absolutely nothing about cars or the automotive industry and doesn't even know how to book an appointment properly. After waiting the 6 weeks and organising babysitters for the two babies, and calling the night before to confirm everything, what was supposed to be a 1 hour job, they said will now take 3 hours! After waiting, we were told that they can't do the job because they don't have the parts.... for a software update??!! They knew the job at hand and it was booked 6 weeks ago! They are complete bananas and they said there is nothing they can do and can't even reschedule because they are closing. This is the type of service that makes you reconsider a trusted car manufacturer.

Anthony was the contact for the sale of the car, but there was no real "sales" involved for me. I know what I want. Although he did spend quality time with my mum & friend assisting mum find a car she might also like. Where things can go "wrong" with me is with service and communication. But the whole crew at Suttons Chrysler Jeep Dodge Waitara were excellent! Much of my time was spent with Daniel - who was awesome. Really thorough and professional .. I like people who are direct and just get on with it. Which is not to say that he's not personable - as he's very easy to deal with. The whole process was just so simple. Before I knew it the loan was approved and the car was ready to be picked up. Anthony wasn't working the day I picked up my car so Digby went through this process with me. And I was super impressed. Again, thorough and professional .. The plate swapping happened in no time. The red bow on the car made my day - I guess it's the little things? In summary - great staff, professional and efficient service. And you get a "surprise" when you buy. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Jeep Compass North from Sutton's Waitara. Beautiful car and immaculately presented to us yesterday with a number plate of which I was allowed to choose; with good thanks to Anthony and his understanding of luck and good numbers. Certainly a great team of dealers and what a delightful character Digby is ! No Question too much to ask. Great experience and great help especially from Josh and Digby. Digby helped with the test drive while Josh saved the day when my leasing company failed to deliver after all paperwork has been organized. Thanks to Josh I got better deal and I am now proud driver of a Grand Cherokee Limited. Still to get to the first 1k service, but already used the complimentary washing service ... and hope I will never have to use the complimentary roadside assistance :-). Very unimpressed with the service outcomes for our car--in January was presented with a large bill of 700 when had expected more like 300-400. Suspected "over servicing" and had bill reduced to 600. So decided the next service would be done elsewhere. Having just gone now through the new service (3000 kms later) I find new brake pads and linings needing machining?? No mention in the January report of state of brakes! So good luck fellow car owners!
