I know this little paradise is currently closed (I have shopped in the past whilst visiting Wagga). The owner could not be more helpful I called them to arrange a 60th Birthday Gift to be delivered to my friend, and nothing was too much of a bother. Her gift was delivered and beautifully packaged for no extra cost. My friend was delighted and I will definitely be shopping online for future gifts as their online selection is Amazing. Thank you one happy customer :-)

closed physically, how are people supposed to order crystals and stones online, you need to be able to feel and see them
Owner changes response all the time. Actually travel for work and in wagga as we speak or how else would I have known the shop is physically closed. BAD KARMA FROM THIS PLACE. store closed at 2pm when hours say 4pm. Please edit hours as it wastes peoples time and fuel. Messaged owner and they were quite rude about it. Just being lazy. Won't shop here in future as bad juju from this place. Re reply: don't edit what I said to make yourself look like the good guy. Dont be rude and change your google status to temporarily closed like all other legitimate businesses. Closing due to covid is just an excuse anyway everyone else is capable of opening so harden up and work it out. Original reply to message from grumpy owner: Needs to be on google. If you understand crystals they need to be seen and felt not ordered online. And we don't live locally. The current global situation is no excuse it terribly frustrating businesses to lazy to change it to temporary closed its not hard.
Ordered in april still not received order they refuse to answer calls or emails or refund what has not been sent .Australia post have no evidence of parcel even been sent so this is obviously a company that rips people off. I have sent over 40 emails that go unreplied and i know they read them as there are trackers on the email.they block you on facebook as well. Next step is to make a formal complaint to ASIC or dept of fair trading. BUYER BEWARE They are saying that i received a refund by australia post which is not true as i have emails to prove this. You were asked to start an investigation of which u didnt. Would you like me to attach the evidence i have . Seems you respond when u get a truthful review. As i said BUYER BEWARE.
