First time entering this store was a few days ago with my wife. Instantly, the rude blonde woman in her 30s down the end serving a guy yells out rudely take your hat off. I dismiss her intention and remove my hat, only for her to yell out 'smile, you're on candid camera'. We then left the store. She was too busy flirting with a guy down the back. She may not know it, though she's potentially lost this business thousands. We're on a first name basis with almost ALL adult entertainment venues and shops in Canberra, as well as having friends who work the industry. Last time we entered a shop, we dropped 8000 in a day. I'll be sticking to Canberra and online shops from now on. Offered no service or hello. I'd do better working in a shop like that. I've worked in the adult industry for 15 years. Shops loss, ciao.

Absolutely love this store. The staff are amazing and know how to help and give the best advice. I've been served by the beautiful blonde/pink haired lady many times and have found her advice and customer service to be outstanding. I have also been politely asked to remove my hat. Don't mind at all as some people do. The negative comment left by a one star review customer Royce is obviously ridiculously sensitive and a review liar. He needs to get a life. I will only shop in this store after some terrible experiences. Keep up the great work.
Absolutely amazing store, staff member rach was so helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me pick the perfect presents for my partner. Will definitely be going back there 100%. Could not be happier with the service and range from this store.
