I been lied to, had 3rd world repairs under warranty applied to my vehicle when I trusted them, they have used duct tape for repairs and denied it when caught, Rex Gorrel Nissan not to be trusted called Nissan head Melbourne they rang under an unlisted phone number I called back refused to talk to me have not heard from them in two months do no buy a Nissan, Renault, Mitsubishi or any other vehicle produced by this company deplorable customer service and very little ethics, save your money buy from a reputable company that values customers definitely not Nissan motor group.

Cairns Wesco Nissan is the worst customer service, numerous phones calls trying to have my ignition key fixed and constantly get the brush off for Weeks! Don’t recommend Cairns Nissan at all!

Bought a brand new leaf, 5thousand km on the clock, 32 days have past nissan refuse to return my calls as the car was taken 400km away and they shipped it from dealer to dealer. I sent complaint to ACCC yesterday. Will be looking into consumer protection laws today. Currently at nissan marooka and they claim nissan told them not to tell me whats wrong with the car.

I am very disappointed in Nissan I would never go back there bought tarp and the bar that holds the tarp up the end came off witch they know that happens want me to pay for kit witch is 144.00 took it in as it was under warranty heard nothing back from Nissan terrible and I paid cash for my car 45.000 to get nothing

Nissan Moorooka, Poor service and cant find Minor faults on R35 GTR. Nissan offers fully trained GTR Tecs who has no idea how to diagnose issues but charges 250 per hour! Not professional & have no idea about R35 GTR!

Glad I'm not their customer. Nissan Financial Services and their insurance division keep sending mail to my address... 3yrs after their customer had moved out and I had informed them every month that their customer no longer lives here. I don't want their mail sticking out of my mailbox when I'm away for extended periods as it attracts thieves in my area.
