Without a doubt Bridget Macgregor is my knight in shining armour. I went to her with my large mortgage exposure in a declining market and she orchestrated the best deals to shave off over 1% on my investment loans plus save me over 7300/year in charges! She was on the ball, organised valuations with ease and kept me updated! Even ringing me after hours several times to go over the propositions, so I wasnt inconvenienced during work hours. I can not reccomend Vision Money enough. Try it today. just give her a call...you never know what relief she can arrange. And I'd been with my current back 26 years and reluctant to move. Needless to say our refinance and house purchase was not a smooth one. It felt like anything that could go wrong, did go wrong - at no fault of our mortgage broker. Throughout the entire process, Julia Benfield was fabulous - providing daily updates and chasing up the bank on a regular basis to ensure things kept moving. Julia really was an amazing support throughout the entire process and I'm very glad we had her as our mortgage broker. She happily visited at home and at work to ensure paperwork could be signed at a time that was convenient for us (which was especially helpful having a little one to work around).
