This place just seems very run down, and the man that yelled aggressively at my daughter " The break is there to use!" You need to go to learn a little patience when dealing with children and make sure in the future you explain the equipment properly before a person goes on the track(your job) you wouldn't have this issue. Very poor service..

Worst go kart experience I ever had! Very poorly organised, staff was clueless and constantly distracted. I waited a total of 2.5 hours after my booking time till my friends and I had our turn. In which was included with other children drivers which ruined the experience for us! Snail pace the whole way with no safe space to overtake at all!! After our first session we then waited another half hour for our turn simply because the staff forgot about us! Might as well burn my money, just as amusing experience! Would absolutely avoid at all cost!!!
This is a terrible business. First of all, the business is a rip off, you pay around 90 for three sessions, and on top of that you have to pay a 10 fee which is such a rip off. Second of all the whole place had terrible air ventilation so after spending around 30 minutes, I started to feel sick. Not only that, the wait time is ridicules. Their toilets are smelly and with no hand soap supplied. Plus the employees are not always their on the counter desk a lot of the times so I had to wait their for around 10 minutes until they came. Plus the employees are a bit rude to the customers. This place ain't worth it, it is such a rip off this place.
Do you have kids that love go-karting? DO NOT GO HERE! [incident from 2014] The owners/workers are bullies that get in the karts when there are kids driving for the first time and like to ram them. Then they had the nerve to try and intimidate us with a death-stare on the way out. Glad these try-hard losers are now closed!!
Went with a voucher from groupon / spreets. 3 hour wait which we were NOT going to do. You cannot book with a voucher so anyone could have come along and bumped us. The voucher went in the bin. Won't be back.
Dont waste your time. The guy behind the counter was to busy on the phone to acknowledge us. Then when he was ready told us to fill in there disclaimer paper and just got up & walked off. We waited 10min but he never came back. Pathetic service to go along with the shonky setup. We had a better time at AMF next door.
Would have been a great place if we didn't keep getting shuffled around. Our "30 Minutes" was actually an hour. Staff were inattentive and I was hit twice with the response "it just happens" I have been Go-Karting for 20 years and the number one rule should always be: Safety FIRST!! I mean, C'mon, there were KIDS on the track!! Any request to take my issue further with the management resulted in nothing. I refuse to go to a Go-Kart track that does not keep safety as their number one priority. Ask any real racer and i'm sure you'll get the same opinion.
Great track, much better than the Wolli Creek track.
