So happy to see this store is still here! Loving seeing all the stock coming back onto the shelves again too! The team have been great at finding alternatives over the last few months where they could, but nothing beats seeing the old favourites back and full again!!

I feel sad to have to write this review but sometimes organisations do drop the ball and it is best they know what has occurred. Yesterday (29//2/20) I purchased a fresh bread product off the shelf. I was asked do I need a receipt I said no due to trying to reduce waste. Further I was not asked if I had a Flannery's reward card. Upon opening the bread I discovered it had mould. Today (1/03/20) I returned to the store with the mindset that I probably ask for a refund as I was not keen on trying this brand again. I showed the product to the retail assistant who acknowledged they had been having trouble with the brand. She asked did I want an exchange, I answered no, explained my rationale and requested a refund. I was asked did I have a receipt I said no and explained why not but I offered to show the assistant my bank statement evidencing the purchase. I was presented with umming and arrring and then asked did I swipe my Flannerys card. I advised the retail assistant did not ask for it. At this point I advised the assistant to just exchange the product. When she returned she presented me with a frozen loaf and preceded to tell me how I should keep this bread. I did cut her off by saying I am well aware how to store these kinds of products, while thinking I did not come in here to buy frozen bread. The shop assistant apologized but followed up with next time it is best you swipe your Flannerys card when it comes to bread products. I left the store feeling very disappointed and thought I know stores have policies but when an organisation does not attempt to meet the consumer half way then I am left to belief Flannerys does not value the consumer as much as I value trying to support this organisation.
