I did however receive the car with a few minor scratches and marks but Steve fixed them which I am grateful. Thank you for the awesome customer experience! Will definitely recommend John Hughes! Worst service in my life in Automobile industry.
Bought a Hyundai i30 about a month ago from Karim. Good lad, was helpful and did the best that he could with out budget. Also ended up going for the additional nano-coating and tinting and am quite happy with it as the paint job on the car feels really smooth and shiny. The car has been excellent and a worry free drive. There were a few dints in the car and missing SD card which Karim said he would get sorted - which he did, so it was nice to see that there was good follow through on service. Would buy again from him.
I recently bought a used car. Not a bad experience but nothing to write home about, finance was fairly easy, the salesmen were friendly and not pushy, but I guess they don't need to be at the moment, minimal trade in on my car and not much taken off the sale price but that's no surprise as I'm not the best haggler. I was a bit disappointed when I collected the car as it had not been washed or vacuumed and only had a 1/4 of a tank of fuel, those little things are important to me. All in all though it was a pretty straight forward process and they have a great choice of cars.
Have purchased cars from John Hughes in the past and other dealers. When we decided to purchase our current car there was no question but to buy from John Hughes. By far the best service and most pleasant buying experience. Steve was a pleasure to work with.
Incredible customer service from Alberto when i purchased my Hyundai. He wasn't at all pushy and was very helpful in finding a car for me when I had very little idea of what I was looking for. Would highly recommend John Hughes when purchasing a new or used car. I will be back in the future to buy my next car and recommend to all of my friends and family!!!
I bought a lovely Hyundai i30 in November from Tom who was great. Only issue has been that I was told that the spare keys for the fleet (of which my car was one) were being sent over from Melbourne (along with the SD cards) and were yet to arrive, but that I would get the spare key when they all arrived. Unfortunately, it turns out that was not true and the keys had not been posted, and I'll have to pay for a spare key if I want one. Shame this wasn't just told to me upfront. Disappointing given the great service initially.
Phillip Le Castro was top notch. Made buying a car a breeze. Great service. Efficient and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.Very happy with the car.
