Been a regular to John Hughes due to its convenient location but no more. Just tired of them finding faults that do not exist. Many times previously they found faults that do not exist, eg battery, tyres and so on. At the last service I was told I need a total of 5k in repairs even though the car runs fine. I had the Jeep assessed by an independent Jeep specialist at Wangara and they could not fault it. It was the last straw. I tried to reach out to the guy that handled my service but would not return my calls or emails.

Drove across town to see the a new Jeep Grand Cherokee advertised at a price with a sunroof. Arrived to find the car did not exist. Apparently, the fault sat with Carsales.com.au. Was it the website or deceptive advertising?
Extremely rude staff and ended the call on me. He called in, without even greeting or saying where he’s from, and I had to make the first move. He then asked if I was interested in buying a car and I said I was in a meeting. He completely ignored me and proceeded to ask “why aren’t I interested anymore” or sum like that then I didn’t answer him but I kindly said “thanks for the call”. He ended the call without a word. I was initially very interested in a car but I think we’ll have to wait for that experience to pass.
First time buying from a car dealership and I’m completely happy. I was well looked after by Steve; he answered all my questions honestly and email/phone correspondence was quick. Steve was non pushy and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back here next time I’m due for a new car.
