Took our 2 year old car in for a minor scratch and sensor repair, came out needing a new clutch after the repair shop took it for a joyride. RACV couldnt care less, even with evidence of KMs and report from dealership of damage, they still denied any wrong doing. Said it was between me and the repairer, whom doesnt return emails or calls. After 10 years I have cancelled my home, contents, car and pet insurance with this incompetent company.

I had taken my car there to get if fixed. They had my car for 4-5 weeks and still didn’t fix everything properly. I had to take it Toyota to get the rest fix. At the time of pick up, I was told everything was fixed by smash repairs. They are not as good as they used to be - very disappointing to say the least!
