I called into QLD R W today for some advice on roofing for a pergola. I was greeted by Kayden. I asked him which product was suitable for sun protection and 'boom' he gave me an answer straight away. No dilly dallying. Straight to the point which made me feel confident in his advice. He then asked if I would like to see the product up and showed me the warehouse next to the showroom for a visual and explained how effective it was in this large span. He advised me on the price, size of the sheets which could be cut to order. He then explained all the specs. on the kit set pergola's. His knowledge and confidence was excellent. He had a very warm, personable manner and great customer service. My experience today was excellent because of Kayden. Thanks buddy you are an asset to QLD R W.
