Avoid! The owners are very rude and unhelpful. I personally don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from here! Just go with some of the bigger retailers for better service and also peace of mind.
Great range of used and brand new white goods. Bought a used fridge and brand new washing machine. Great service and fair price.
Had some problems with HiSense Fridge. Fridge Factory have done the right thing so far. Hopefully all problems with the fridge are solved.
They provided rental free during repair. No other retalers can do that!
If only there were more businesses like this. Long story short our new fridge required repair and the manufacturer was being very unhelpful about it. We contacted the Fridge Factory to let them know how unhelpful the manufacturer was and to our surprise in the same day the Fridge Factory went over and beyond and straight to the top at head office. Problem fixed! A big thanks to Jo for all your help on this. These guys are definitely worth supporting and we will be recommending them to anyone and everyone who will listen :)
