Whom ever the lady working today (26/2) is, please realise that you don’t help the tourism in Hervey Bay when you tell us that there is no tours available as it’s the off season (there were three tours running) and then advise that the cafes are all closed at 3pm. Not 60m away in the same precinct is the wonderful Cafe Balaena that wasn’t only open, it was also where we couldn’t have been more welcomed or fed.

Bill was bloody excellent his knowledge on different whale watching companies was so helpful. We cannot thank him enough for his recommendation to go on the Spirit even though it rained (pissing down ) he was right still worth doing Friday morning We will use no one else next visit from Gold Coast......... Booked a tour here and when we showed up to the tour, they had no reference of our booking, despite having paid the deposit, which ruined our day’s plans. Suggest only booking online with respective vendors.
You can find all your desire tour here at a good price. What the advantages is there are a free parking there.
