Really helpful staff from start to finish. Had to change dates with restrictions on a few occasions but they were very flexible and accommodating. Also the briefing and itinerary was thorough, coupled with the car itself was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone renting in the future. Thanks again, Sean & Spence

Unforgettable experience! We did the 3 day, 2 night 4wd and beach house accommodation. It was just enough time to experience everything without feeling rushed. The beach house was large, clean and safe. Everything was perfect. We were given a detailed itinerary (factoring in high and low tide times) which really helped maximize our time. The briefing helped us feel confident driving on the island. All the details (permits, barge, etc) were taken care of, it really helped to ensure we could just focus on the experience of exploring the island. We travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids and we all loved it. Memories to last a lifetime. Highly recommend. Thank you Fraser Dingo!
Had such a great time on this tour. The accomodation was great compared to alternate tours. The food was lovely. The guide, Nigel, was super helpful and did a good job of keeping things interesting and letting us have fun. Getting to drive the cars on the sand was a great experience. The group I was with were lovely and we bonded really well.
We did the 2 day/1 night tag along tour and had the best time ever with our awesome tour guide Graham. He has such a big knowledge about the island and can answer you any questions you have, if it’s either about the animals, vegetation or the history of Fraser Island. Definitely recommend to try and drive a car yourself as it is a unique experience. But even as just a passenger you’ll have so much fun! The days were filled with great activities and it didn’t seemed rushed and we still got to see a lot. Food and accommodation was great as well. Definitely recommend this tour company to anyone who’s traveling along the East Coast of Australia.
Awesome! We went with them to Fraser Island from 16/17. our guide Nigel was a very good person. We had so much fun and it was one of the funniest experiences in Australia. To drive by yourself with a 4WD is just awesome!! Go and do the tours with them. You will not regret it.
We had a great trip - the 4WD Toyota we got was called Ken.... not sure if he's Barbie's "Ken", but he did everything effortlessly. The whole xperience was good from the safety and info briefing, the ferry connections and the hotel bookings on the Island - all handled by Dingo.
During the negotiations for the booking the customer service was good, but as soon as an issue arose regarding the date and time of the safety briefing, I felt that I received the worst customer service possible. The manager was impatient, treated me with rudeness, made impracticable and unreasonable suggestions for the solution of the problem and when I mentioned that I was going to cancel, she started shouting on the phone. She also told my friend that I was not the best person to plan the trip, which made me feel totally disrespected and the situation unethical.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rude staff will do anything to keep your bond, woman with about 4 teeth in her skull should be ashamed to represent the business.
