An all round excellent experience. I was greeted warmly on arrival, the store was very clean and inviting. My Optometrist, Jess, was friendly and thorough. She listened as I explained the challenges I'd been having with my eyes and took the time to explain the tests and results, I felt confident in the assessment and subsequent prescription. The final step, deciding on frames and lenses was made easy with Kim's help, she had excellent product knowledge and was genuinely friendly. When I left the store I felt valued as a customer, thank you.

Took the time required to conduct a thorough test, made sure i was happy, made the suggestions on upgraded eyewear based on his findings and not what he wanted to sell. Would definitely recommend.

Booked an eye test and tested by K.T. I was not happy and disappointed. Very rush. No detailed explanation, some tests were missed, such as my interpupillary distance (PD) was not tested. So rush, no time to discuss. That was my second eye test at OPSM Garden City but I will definitely do the next eye test at other places. The sales person was very nice and kind but very few explanation as well. I don't understand how they can sell a glass to me without measuring my PD. At last, I was interested in the lightest glass frame Giorgio Armani AR5097T 3277, the price in store is 716, I got 100 off birthday discount apparently that day was not my birthday, anyway 616 is still much higher than other stores, for example 456 at another online store. I don't care spending more on glasses but I need to know the details of my prescription, does this prescription suit me, are there other options, which is good for my eyes, what should I pay more attention, etc. obviously I didn't get what I need.

I don’t often write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my amazing experience at Garden City OPSM. From the moment we walked in everyone was fabulous, helpful and so friendly. The optometrists were amazing and made the eye examination actually enjoyable. Both Johns were brilliant. Then it came to choosing glasses which is always an overwhelming experience but Jesse appeared like magic. What a man. He was fantastic. Helpful, patient, tolerable, knowledge, funny and not bad on the eye. The first pair of frames he showed me were the ones. Choosing the right frames can be a very daunting experience but Jesse made it unbelievably easy, entertaining and fun. Top service from the team at OPSM!! My Glasses were absolutely destroyed by my younger brother, i had lost hope on getting them fixed. I went to the store and Jesse did everything he could and managed to fix them. They look brand new. Jesse is an absolute legend, super friendly and definitely a man any company would wish to have working for them.
