Mrs. Fields is one of the most underrated coffee chain, their coffee is probably the smoothest out of all of them. Unfortunately I'm not a coffee expert, but it is definitely the most pleasant to drink of all the other big chains. You can can tell they have put plenty of effort into their coffee; like roasting it themselves. Every fields I've been too the staff was very welcoming and happy to serve and was happy to accommodate for complex orders. An excellent touch of goodness is that they won't charge you any extra for specialty milks. They have a decent range of brekkie and snacks and oodles of cookies and biscuits to choose from. Dine in services are also excellent with coffees served in good quality mugs. Staff working at the same center usually get a free size upgrade too, which is a good touch. I can strongly recommend their long black as you can really taste all the notes in their carefully crafted coffee. They have to be in the top 3 for sure :)

Great service and a wide selection of desserts and snacks. The world famous chocolate chip cookies is a must buy it's perfect!
I had a chai latte. My daughter had a white chocolate frappe. They were really delicious. We also got a takeaway bag of cookies. Delicious!
Lovely peppy lady served me, nice change to my day. 5 out of 5 and they have amazing cookies and wonderful iced lattes
The cookies here are delicious, however the price is ridiculous. If the cookies were bigger it would justify the price more. Nice to have once in a while as a nostalgic treat.
Mrs Fields has the best coffee at Garden City. Fabulous staff, great food and consistently good.
