I had my hair coloured recently .. not too complicated... all black with a ‘wedge’ of blonde/white in the front, which I have had for years already. I thought I explained how I’d like it.. even showed a picture of Lily Munster, as she has exactly what I wanted... but unfortunately they covered some of my previous blonde and instead of being just at the front.. the blonde ‘line’ is super thin and goes all the way to my crown. They did show me how much was to be blonded, but the section of hair was pulled to the front to show me, and the angle made it look like the ‘wedge’ I wanted. Disappointing but I’ll know better for next time.

I absolutely love this place. Such friendly staff and very accommodating. Booked in for something, then changed my mind as to what I wanted and were happy to accommodate my needs at such short notice. Offered me a solution to make my hair look the way I wanted without costing me a fortune. Will definitely keep coming back in future. 10/10 service, would recommend them to everyone. Oh and forgot to mention how great my hair colour came out at the end.
