One person to order & make on a Thursday afternoon... 28 people waiting for there chaitime teas.... waiting for 17mins and still haven’t received my drink. Lady on till very rude & no communication, was overcharged!

A rude as karen pushed in line today and and we were waiting for a long time. The staff resfused to serve her but remained to be very polite. She handled the situation very well and it was a shame i didnt get her name. i stood in to put karen in her place and as a 15 year old its disappointing she would exploit us liek that. The staff apologised multiple times despite it being out of her control and i was very happy about how she handled the situation and the thai milk tea was delicious

Really bad! I throw it down the drain... ordered Taro Milk tea, milk not desolved and small strange particles mixed on milk. Never buy it again.

I was charged before they informed that they did not have enough ingredients for bubble teas...ordered through uber eats ..but find that there should have been communications between parties...they still owing money over a month and half over 70...where ever I try to contact no answer...

Coconut Milk

the worst service ever. The taste wasn't always the taste I used to eat. The girl who receives my order is Asian and has long hair tied in ponytail, her attitude is very bad. She seemed so rude when she got the order and didn't even know how to do it. Even when the drinks came out, she almost threw them. If I see her working next time, I will ask her name and tell the manager.

I came here for the first time last night and I will not be coming again. The girl behind the counter was very rude and was not helpful at all. The two girls behind the counter were also laughing making this trip a horrible experience.
