These guys are just awesome. A nearly flat battery when I went in they tested the battery gave me good info and installed a brand new battery for me and even had time for a chat while doing it. Great experience and I know where I'll be going back to when I have battery needs. Thanks guys awesome service.

The two lovely gentlemen who were working at this outlet today (8/12/2020) were amazing. Professional, courteous and super quick to get our battery issues sorted. Excellent 5 star customer service, I could rate more than if I can. Gentleman Sun at the store are very knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive. My car was not starting, then I been to Battery World, Mount Gravatt near my house for battery and explain the car issues. He not only checked by battery without any charges, he also help me whole day over the phone to check my car fuses and try to dignose the issues. I am very glad, some people are still very helpful like him for community to service with smile and honesty. Definitely recommend Battery World where the Sun always shine .
