If you come, you are basically paying for the brand. Service is mediocre at best, the ice cream is pure sugar and most definitely not fresh. I'm driving to Lá Macellaria in Coorparoo next time.

!!!!!! READ ME !!!!!! overpriced plus the manager always leaves the store unattended the milkshakes are pretty much just milk. The doughnut shop on the opposite side is much better.

They have a wider range of flavours than some other Baskin shops, friendly services and always give you proper size of scoops.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband’s & father-in-laws birthday celebration at a restaurant. It didn’t look like the advertised photo on the website and the writing was amateur. Went to cut the cake at the restaurant (defrosted it beforehand) and it was so solidified that it broke the knife, the staff couldn’t cut it with a heated chefs knife and an electric knife couldn’t cut it. I called Baskin Robbins straight away and a jnr staff member said that manager had stepped out and would call me back in a few minutes. That never happened. Waited the next day and texted my complaint. The manager messaged stating they’d offer a refund and an extra 10 for the inconvenience but only if I bought the cake back in its entirety. I advised that because it was inedible, the restaurant threw it out and that he could call the restaurant manager to confirm all of the above. No response. I texted again. No response. Read receipts are enabled on the ice cream managers phone so I know he’s read them. He’s simply refusing to respond. I paid 60 for a cake that couldn’t be cut, let alone eaten and the manager is now showing no care. Infuriated and disappointed to say the very least. Happy birthday to my husband & father in law, here’s an inedible cake. Should have gone to Woolworths or Coles :(

These people know what they’re doing. Firstly I received lovely friendly service here and the man who served me scooped my ice cream correctly. Usually when I go here the ice cream spills over the sides or they don’t put enough topping on and they just don’t know why they’re doing. But this is the first time I’ve been able to comfortably enjoy an ice cream with perfect ratios and no spillage. Keep up the good work.
