The overwhelming 5-star reviews are what made me decide to go with Auto Care Centre and I can tell you based on my experience; they are the real deal. We used to take our car to the Hyundai service centre, who are not only expensive, but also upsell you with things you don't need. Our service was 100 cheaper for the same service than Hyundai. At Auto Care Centre not only did they perform the service in a short amount of time, the transparency and communication was top notch. It's rare you find a business like this, especially car mechanics because the industry has a bit of a hit and miss reputation. If you don't want to be ripped off, if you want a mechanic you can trust and you want to support a local business who deserves every single bit of business, this is the place and I will be recommending them to friends and family.
Auto care centre upper coomera were great. Needed new brakes, they were able to fit me in within a couple of days. Job was done quick and great price. Will be using them again.
Me and my Boyfriend just found Autocare and both had our cars serviced last week. Amazing staff especially Shelby who was the lady at the front desk who made both of our bookings. Autocare is very punctual, friendly, great service, affordable and overall we are both so so happy and will definitely be going back for all of our car services :)
booked for a brake fluid change. Most helpful, organised a good time for me with no waiting. Changed fluid and also mentioned possible fault with engine. Not to push a sale but just to inform me. Most pleasant people to deal with. Would always recommend.
Great knowledge skills and experience. The mechanic not only solved my problems with my BMW Z4, he corrected the mistakes made by my previous service agent all for a grand total of 80. These are service agents you can trust and depend on to do the job right at a fair price.

Took my car in for a general service on Friday and asked for the mechanic to check tyres as well. Pick my car up thinking everything is fine and ready to go. Get on the motorway and start to hear a whirring sound (kind of like an aeroplane taking off). Call back and enquire as this noise wasn't present when dropping the car off. Take it back not long after and the mechanic takes it for a test drive and a quick look over. Let's me know he can in fact hear the noise, yet it's not a "bad noise" and if anything happens bring it back?!? I'm sorry but that is unprofessional and irresponsible in itself, if the car never had a noise to start off with and has suddenly gained one after a 200 service and you blow it off saying everything is fine, then you are only going to put the safety of your customers at risk and also your shops reputation if anything was to go wrong. If customers were their main focus and guaranteed work is key, as stated on their website then why did I need to take my car back two times in order for something to be done and taken seriously. Long story short, the wheel beering had been "worn out" so to speak, although he stated that it also had dried out as he stripped down and cleaned rear brakes, which ultimately sped up the process of it wearing out. The front office adminstration was accomodating and good to communicate through, yet no apology was given from either for this muck around. If the problem had been diagnosed the first time, not brushed off and left us driving around with a worn out wheel beering then we wouldn't have had an issue paying for this. Just a heads up, although it's a 5 out of 5 rating, doesn't mean everyone obtains this quailty.
