If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would! Post delivery care, communication and professionalism is just straight out the driveway with you when buying a car. Not only was the contract set up COMPLETELY WRONG even though being given the correct information on multiple occasions; they still continue to take money from me on the wrong direct debit day even though being told over and over that it would be fixed after going backwards and forwards with both the dealership and the bank. I was finally told on Friday (after already owning the car for over a month) that the contract would be deleted and resubmitted with the correct info. After being promised a call back, do you think they called me back?! NOPE they just continued to take money. I should have known it was a bad idea when the service book was completely blank on delivery with not even the dealership info being filled out. PLUS being promised a service before collection and well I think you can see where I'm going with this.. NO SERVICE WAS CONDUCTED. I have brought a few cars and this is by far the worst experience. If Stillwell management is reading this, PLEASE tell Con from the Unley SA branch to CALL ME!

Been having my car service at Stilwell for 10 years. Wasn’t informed when the premises closed on Main North Rd, Adelaide. Recently had an issue requiring immediate attention but tried calling Unley on 8269 9999 but couldn’t select a phone menu option (for 2 days). Chatted with a bot about the problem but wouldn’t give me another number to call. So, left my details with the chat bot who promised to get someone from the Service department to call. Days later, still waiting. It’s infuriating when you can’t speak to a human. Customer Service Sucks!

Outstanding service provided by the Team at Stillwell Ford on 26.04.19. Unlike other Dealerships they were genuine with their words. I did not feel pressured to purchase. Hayden was polite & friendly and answered all my questions with integrity. Courtney was also polite & friendly and reassured me with my particularness to details on the document I was required to sign for a Test Drive. Leila, the Business Manager was polite, friendly and had a gentle nature (rare for someone in Finance). A lovely Lady to deal with. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Dealer Principle, Mark. After the conversation with this man I realised that honesty and integrity is a base for all who work at Stillwell Ford. It was refreshing to negotiate with these people. I felt comfortable, relaxed and achieved a great outcome in terms of price and a finance package for purchasing a second hand vehicle. Wheelchair access and parking is available. Customer onsite parking, Coffee/chilled water & public amenities are also available. I highly recommend you visit this Dealership if you are looking for competitive pricing, great service and most importantly, genuine people. I will note that the process can take some time. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours if you are serious in purchasing another vehicle. Have your Drivers licence to ensure you are able to Test Drive. Also a Deposit to secure the vehicle you wish to purchase. If you are seeking Finance be honest and if you have a trade-in, ensure it is clean and well presented. 31.07.19 I attended the Service Department to have a minor repair done on my lockable tray lid. Gary at the Service counter was friendly and helpful. Jack who serviced my vehicle welcomed me with a great smile. Everyone is friendly here, they obviously enjoy their jobs. Another reason why I won't go anywhere else. Stillwell Ford make the pleasure of owning a Ford Ranger Wildtrak even more enjoyable!
