Vivace have a great range of instruments at competitive prices. We went in to purchase my sons first electric guitar after a few years of learning on his acoustic. Amanda was awesome and helped us find the right guitar and amp. I highly recommend Vivace for all of your music needs.

Anthony was beyond helpful when I phoned and came in store. Cannot fault his service. He was clearly very busy assisting a number of customers and managed to juggle everything with ease. Very knowledgeable. Will be back again!!
We just bought a TD17 KV Roland Drumset here and we loved it a lot!!! Customer Service was so great and they are there to help us and that's cool! There are lots of musical instruments here like acoustic and electronic drums, violins, electric and acoustic guitars, piano and keyboards and so much more!!!
Discrimination. Extremely poor service. No manners, respect or welcome. I purposefully came to this Underwood Vivace music shop because of the good reviews. I was horrified to see the true, rude face of this man. I just wanted to ask for the price of a few items, but he just told me that "if you want to compare prices, then go check Ebay before you come here!" If you haven't been to this shop, don't even consider visiting. Don't let the rudeness of this shop ruin your day, and your love of music, and instruments. I asked for the manager of this horrible shop, and he said that he was the manager. I then asked for the owner, but he shouted that he was the owner. It is impossible a true boss would speak to customers using such an unwelcome manner! Ignore this store!
Great range of quality instruments and accessories to suit all levels of musical ability and taste. Red Hot deals on famous brands but above all the service was second to none and even though I was only making a minor purchase today I was looked after by the professional, knowledgeable and courteous team like gold. Don't usually write bad reviews but haven't been able to get a hold of you guys any other way. I bought a 600 P Bass with you guys like three weeks ago, but it never went through on the website despite the money coming out of my account. I've been emailing with no response to get a refund, and every time I call I get an automated message that the line is too busy and to leave a message. The one time I got through they said they couldn't see that the money was taken out and that they'd call me back but never did. If y'all could give me a call / refund as soon as you can that would be great I can't afford to lose that sorta money okay thank u xx
Good range of products staff not sure if they have anyone to assist when busy serving paying customers. left waiting while answering phone enquiries but otherwise satisfied with service to a point
No customer service, just because the item Incas looking at was just 200 they didn't even care about me, I had some questions but the guy was just shaking me off. Do not recommend this store.
