Not a fan of this type of method to sell puppies, reminds me of the old pet store sales. Saw the building and decided to have a look. Prices range from around 2500 to 5000. Purebred puppies DO NOT COME WITH PAPERS. Puppies there today were comfortable, clean and healthy. Puppies were "boutique" style mixed breeds.

We bought our Pomchi from Puppyworld in early March (2021). The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. When his tummy got upset for a couple of days, they gave him their full attention and made absolutely sure that he returned to 100% health (free of charge). We couldn't have been happier with the care and support we received in purchasing our first family pet. Now, just 3 weeks later, he's one of the family!

Can't take any photos, which was hard while looking for an assistance dog. Can't get within at least a metre of them. Purebreds come with ZERO documentation. The poor dogs are in this haggard old warehouse feeling building in cages with nothing but hay and no enrichment. Not to mention most are at least 4000. Be responsible and get a dog from the RSPCA.

One of my worst customer experiences to date. Was so angry that I walked out. I asked to hold one of the puppies and clearly that irritated and inconvenienced the staff. They asked, "are you serious about buying a puppy today?" This is a question that can only be answered once you hold the puppy to see if there is a connection. They should know that that is important? Also shouldn't you be excited about finding this puppy, that is currently living in a tiny cage filled only with hay, a home????? THAT IS YOUR ACTUAL JOB. I also asked, what I believe to be the daughter of the owner, about a puppy that we saw the previous day that another staff member told us was taken home by the owner as it required hand feeding. The daughter made sure to show her irritation and argued with me saying that all the dogs are in the enclosure despite what the other staff member told me. Shouldn't you know where your puppies are? She looked at me like I was stupid and was blatantly rude to me in front of other customers. Makes me sad knowing that this pet shop is run by people that aren't interested in helping these dogs find a home. I instantly walked out. I don't want to think about how the puppies are treated if this is how they treat customers. Do not support this business as they are clearly just interested in the money.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but after reading a few of the reviews this business has received I think it is more then necessary. I purchased a husky on Sunday morning last week from these guys and I have to say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Mishka is one of the most healthy, playful and absolutely beautifully tempered puppies I have ever met. She's a more than welcome addition to our family. I had her checked over by another independent vet as advised by the lovely lady that served me to put my concerns to bed and was told she was a beautifully healthy puppy. Couldn't recognise these guys enough, if you're a responsible pet owner please don't hesitate to give these guys a ring, the service was second to none. Lovely and actually have a genuine care for the puppies they sell and look after - a trait that is hard to find in a business like this. I have no doubt in mind that if I were to have any issues they would be more than happy to assist! Fingers crossed I don't ofcourse! Thanks again to the staff and owners. :)

Please give these poor puppies some enrichment. They are lying around in fully exposed cages with nothing but hay to lay on and play with. They need toys and a safe space to retreat to, such as a crate, at minimum for their basic welfare. Never seen anything like it, breaks my heart.

I want to give 0 star! This kind of business need to be close. Yes all puppies are so adorable but I'm wondering how they treated the mum of these puppies. I'm aware they are suffering because human need to earn money. Please don't buy and support their business. Thank you

During August, made numerous attempts to contact puppy world through their online forms and phone numbers both landline and mobile number. All I wanted to do was enquire about puppies they had for sales before making the trip down. Not once was my phone call picked up or return, despite leaving messages and not once were my enquiries returned via their online form. Ended up buying a pure bred puppy cheaper and from a registered breeder. After reading over the past week about the family that had to put their new beloved pet down and after reading that this isn't the first case, I'm so glad I ended up buying else where.
