There are the wrong number of stars available. Unbelievable service, professionalism, value--but as for punctuality, less than a half-hour from my phone call, the job was not only fixed but the problem was explained to me as was the solution. The whole experience was a complete joy and utter surprise. If only this service did everything--plumbing, roofing, the lot, no one would ever dread needing service again. Very pleasant manner also from everyone there.

These guys are absolute life savers! My friends and I were unfortunately locked out of our room at 2am and Scott was the only 24hr locksmith in all of Wollongong who answered and came to help us. He quickly and easily got us access and for a really reasonable price for an early hours callout. Scott and his wife were so lovely and helpful, I really couldn't recommend them enough!!!! Thank you!!
I read some of the other reviews and was apprehensive. However, I cannot be more pleased with the advice, reasonable price, and general overall service. "Luke" attended my residence and replaced our front door lock. He was on time, polite and completed the job quickly. He took the time to explain how the new locking mechanism worked. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
Scott did a perfect quick installation of locks on our doors and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. Punctual , friendly and professional. Thank you
