Had not been here before, we went for a walk through the mangroves along the path to more beautiful white sands, warm water and calm water. Love this area

Beautiful place unspoiled by ramping urbanisation. The dogs beach is a must for dog owners.

Great walk especially during low tide. Few anglers around on the river fishing and boats and wave runners on the river. We saw quite alot of Birdlife. Definitely a beautiful place to visit when the sun is shining. Would like to explore the area some more.

I live on my homemade houseboat and venture all up and down The Maroochy River. Sadly, try to avoid the holidays because there's a lot of yobbo JetSki operators in the system... some a real danger to others...
