Several times I have had my commodore serviced and repaired at Tweed City Autos. I have always had an excellent experience. The interaction with staff is kind and friendly, the works needed has always been explained so I can understand it. There works have always been done properly and in advised time periods. And there has never been any shock expenses. The costs have always been very reasonable and fair. I would happily recommend this business for all your vehicles needs. I bought my Honda HRV only 6 months ago, the dealer charges 300 and told me they would need to keep it in shop the whole day, cherry on top the reception girls are quite rude over the phone and i had to call twice to even get a pick up from the service booking desk. Tweed City Autos are the opposite! SO lovely and helpful from the receptionist to the mechanist who kindly showed me some care tips. 199 too, much better! But to me kindness goes a long way!
Ryan & his team replaced my brakes after I had seen other local mechanics complaining that something wasn't right with them. I was dismissed by most of them! I ended up having a smash because the brakes failed! Thank goodness no one was injured. After being told by the panel beater that the brakes were shot, I took it to Ryan & his team, they went over it & sure enough the brakes were dangerous. They replaced all necessary parts & I am now confident I am driving a safe car. I couldn't fault the lengths that these boys went to to help me. Super helpful and kind! I had to come in very late notice due to unexpected issues with limited availability and they fit me in immediately with no issues and were super informative and lovely the entire time.
