Products excellent, staff excellent. Procedures and processes for gift card buying a nightmare. They have no systems, their right hand does not know what their left hand is doing. For this day and age one would think they would have excellent computer systems. They really are in the dark ages. It is such a shame as it does turn you off buying there I had a reply from Leah - Owner, and it was very disappointing that she has taken my comments personally. I was talking about their systems not their staff nor her. Unfortunately, once again, the customer's original feedback is not given the right perspective. For e.g. the response to Amit's feedback. My perception was Amit was asking for communication only about his situation, that is all. We thoroughly enjoy your Store and shop there many times and have spent thousands of dollars, so it is not your product nor your staff Leah, it is the companies procedures.
