Rang this morning with a dead battery problem after getting prices from others. Ash was so helpful & happy to assist me. Within a short amount of time they came out & tested my battery which I knew must be due for replacement. Installed a new reasonably priced Australian made one. Ash & the mobile team member deserve an award for exemplary customer service unlike the other battery places I rang. Will be going there in future for the customer service alone, other companies need to adopt their attitude to customers. Best ever! Thanks guys.

A massive thank you to Grant who saved my holiday after renting a camper that had massive battery problems. I previously took the van to other mechanics and specialists who didn't have a clue. Grant knew exactly what the issue was and was able to take care of it quickly and get me back on my trip. He knows his stuff from 40 years in the industry and you can sometimes get people who are just good at their job, and others who are great - and Grant is great! Thank you again. Can't recommend him enough!

Always had a great experience until we took our car to have an anderson plug installed. Didn't get a formal quote but was lead to believe it would be arou d 350 to 400. Shocked to receive a bill for 735, apparently it had taken the experienced auto electrician 5hours to install it at 90 an hour

I called to see if they had the make and model of battery I wanted to replace my old motorbike one with. I was told that one was in stock. So I went in and got it. Service was good. Plenty of parking. They had a big variety of batteries from little buttons, right up to what looked like truck or heavy machinery batteries. Phone batteries were on the wall. They looked to me like they had pretty much anything that we could want. There was a place to dispose of old phones and batteries as well. I couldn't fault them.

Borrowed my daughters car and guess what, flat battery. Got a jump start, visited Battery World South Tweed Heads and the young man had me sorted in a jiffy, good to see enthusiastic youth, these days it seems to be scarce.
