I nursed my mother in the last few months of her life and had the opportunity to ask her what type of funeral she would like. She asked for something simple with just the family and a few close friends...she didn't want a big fuss. The staff at Simplicity were just wonderful...so caring and helpful, guiding us through the whole process culminating in a service (Simply Affordable package) that was just what mum would have wanted. The service was held at the Tweed Heads Crematorium & Memorial Gardens and the small chapel was just perfect.
Maureen and Fred are amazing. They were incredibly understanding and supportive through a very difficult time. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience easier and they arranged the service perfectly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you helped farewell my Mum in the most loving way possible.
Peter was incredibly professional and kind during the lead up to my Nan's death and afterwards when she was in their care. This is the second time I have been helped by Twin Towns Funerals and on both occasions they lightened our load. While I hope I may not have need to use their services again, I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you.
Would never use them again. Didn’t care about our wishes just cared about what made it easiest for them. The staff we dealt with were rude and manipulative didn’t respect our wishes at all. Made what was a difficult time already even worse. Steer clear of this company.
