At times they need better stock to add to their range of miscellanous items. Selling old suits that smell like mothballs ain't crciket people especially at times you want to charge so much

Several months ago I arrived at 350pm and walked through the door only to be immediately barked at by an older hypertensive looking chap, telling me 'we close at 4!'. Yesterday though he outdid himself, the motherload of customer service. Here we go.. Sorry it's long.. Shopped around for a bit, I concur with other reviews, good variety, some prices a bit much for used goods. I collected 4 books, and a video remote. Upon approaching my old friend he took a look at my small stack and without hesitation said the following - '15 dollars, and how do you know the remote even works?'. How do I know? I don't. But thats the gamble on a cheap item and I'm happy to donate the money if it doesn't. I asked how he came to the 15 for 4 books and he said he was doing me a favour, they should be 5 each unless they're marked. Note he had never checked any of them for such markings. Anyway I said I will pass on all of it and he snapped back - '12 the lot'. I agreed and we completed the transaction. He then looked gruffly and said "Do you know how this business works"? To which I replied "You pull prices out of the sky and get angry if a customer questions it?", the couple behind me giggled. I apologised to them both on his behalf. He then went into a monolog for the next minute or so about the NDIS etc and donations. When he was done, I left. Dear manager : Last year I spent approx 300 in this store, and will never be back. I suggest you get old mate off the front counter and out the back dusting heirlooms. I cannot imagine the money you are losing from this guy.
