I went there with a enquiry about a birth death & marriages form , the lady who approached me hadn’t come across that query before , so she took me over to the computer, & after 2-3 attempts she had printed a copy of what I was looking for, & suggested some further information
I had a very unpleasant encounter with the person that pounces on you as soon as you walk in. She was adamant that I needed a Doctor to fill in my renewal form, even though I had a cover letter not requesting this. I showed her the letter and she said it wasn't very clear and that I had to have a Doctor complete the form. I tried explaining to her that my medical records are still on file and I didn't need a Doctor. She insisted she was right and dismissed me and went on to serve someone else. After my phone call to Head Office, who agreed with me, they contacted Tuncurry and I returned there a few days later. The lady behind the counter was very apologetic for the "misunderstanding" and said they have all learnt from it! The nasty person on the floor kept her distance, and did not even attempt to apologise to me. How she has kept her job is beyond belief. I only hope she is not working there the next time I have to visit Service NSW. The name Service NSW should be replaced with Disservice NSW!!

Try to register a small boat trailer four trips in all the paper work completed and still was a failure.this is what happens when you try and do the right thing.What a joke
Service NSW gives easily the best customer service of any government office. Almost zero telephone wait time, very thorough and helpful service. The Australian Passport Office, Centrelink etc. need to take some pointers from these these people.
RMS Tuncurry is just fantastic for service & very friendly staff they help when ever & where ever customers require their assistance. Well done to Tuncurry RMS great effort well appreciated.
