I used Pack and Send to import medication in the wake of the Corona pandemic. They were quick to respond, gave a lot of guidance and direction towards what to do and avoid. Arslan (Tullamarine office) assisted me greatly and listened to my suggestions about work around to the issues we encountered. I recommend them anytime and even though you pay a little extra (based on quotes I got from others), they actually follow up to ensure the job gets done (the other companies never bothered to respond to my questions after supplying a quote)
I contacted Pack and Send to have a parcel sent to me. Arslan went out of his way to have my item picked up, packaged and delivered to me. Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend and will use this company again and again.
Had to send an artwork from Melbourne to Brisbane for an exhibition which needed to be delivered and picked up during a specific time frame and P&S Tullamarine handled both without any issues at all. Everything went smoothly, the artwork was well packaged and protected, arriving on time as well as returning in the same condition it was sent. I would like to say thanks to the P&S Tullamarine team and in particular to Arslan, the communication was clear honest and prompt, keeping me up to date and informed throughout the process. I have no problem recommending them and won't hesitate to use their services again in the future.
Completely unsatisfied with how the online team handles their enquiries. Will think twice about using this service again. We used the Tullamarine branch and while the guy was helpful, there was not really much he could do to help once the parcel left for its destination.
