Very poor workmanship especially Walls, tiling and paint jobs. To name a few issues, water pooling in showers, uneven wall surfaces, the quality of material used isn't upto the mark, rusted door hinges, damaged door corners. Secondly, the after construction support is really poor, my house was built in June 2020 and still waiting for repair to start on the issues notified at the time of handover. Tried to call the manager incharge but no answer, no revert back. Only getting replies from Maintenence team who are keep postponing the repair work.

Hi, Choosing Orbit Homes was a decision we not regret, we made this decision after the good feedbacks we get from a friends on top of the good online reviews, we went to the display house in Wollert / Aurora Estate where we met El Rassy, this gentleman is a life saver and to be honest all Orbit Team is Amazing, choosing the floor plan was a really joyful process with the help and the amazing ideas from El Rassy made everything really nice and easy, we have Faced some issues with the land developers where we felt that we are lost and don't know what to do, but once again Orbit team get involved and solved the situation for us even when the problem was not theirs but they didn't let go on us and stand for us and help us and now we moving to the next level, here I want to thank El Rassy again and special thanks to his Manager Frank who stand for us and helped. we are so excited now as we moving to the colour selection stage hopefully no more issues coming up, can't wait until we receive our new home keys, once again thanks to Orbit Homes team you guys are the one. Thanks Muhallab

Great experience and great service. El has been patient and accommodating throughout and even though I've not bought from them he has remained professional and trusted. Their homes and quality are amazing. My budget not so much. They have been doing their best though to meet my expectations. For now I need to evaluate my options and they were supportive of this decision with no over the top pushy attitude. This is a massive win for them in my book. Whe other builders found things too difficult, Orbit and El said "let's see what we can do" Do yourselves a favor and if you have an Orbit home in budget, go for it...
