From the time I walked into Wights Hyundai Reini and Michael made purchasing my new Santa Fe a very pleasant experience in fact the first time I have enjoyed buying a vehicle. Michael has a terriffic attitude and actually enjoys selling the vehicle. Reini is a very good sales manager for Hyundai and I was impressed by his straight forward attitude and the great trade in price which I received. I was very impressed with Michaels terrific knowledge about the vehicle that I purchased. When I was picking up the vehicle he explained everything about the vehicle including all the safety and electronic features. Michael then took me for a drive to make sure I was aware of all the safety features while driving the new vehicle. Michael also took me to meet both the staff in the service department and the spares area who all went out of their way to explain things to me about the new vehicle very impressed. I must say the whole process of purchasing a vehicle from Wights Hyundai was made pleasurable by both Reini and Michael. I would recommend anybody considering buying a Hyundai should go and see them at Wights first. Thank you both for all your time we will deffinately be back to buy a second vehicle in the future.
Would give zero stars if I could. This is directed at the service department. I was treated apallingly by the service department yesterday. They rang regarding replacing windscreen wipers and on pick up supplied me my car with the emergency wheel on the car instead of the original tyre which was in good condition when I left it there.There comment when I noted thus just prior to me leaving in my car and going out onto a 100km highway.The excuse was that the tyre was damaged by a screw in it. The manager was ignorant when I complained and didn't even introduce himself and then spoke to me in a very condescending manner. He stated that the tyre was no good and I required a new one and they didn't have any at the price of 240 dollars. I eventually made them replace the tyre with the original and went to the local tyre company which they plugged for 30 dollars. I would rather drive an hour to get any future services. Oh and my son was about to drop at least 50,000 dollars on a new car at Hyundai, well thats not going to happen now. I dare Hyundaito keep this review here.
