Walked into Medicare to request a replacement card and was told she was unable to help and that I had to call Medicare to apply for a new card. Spoke with Medicare on the phone and I was told this is a common complaint of them not doing their jobs.

Sad but true, I raced to this place from the medical centre I'm with, I didn't realise they had moved. Anyway I walked in at 4:57 and she looked at her watch and basically said come earlier if you want help. I could tell they had turned off their computers. They shouldn't be open until 5pm if they don't want people coming in at 4.57. I couldn't login with my mobile app and that is why i visited the place.
