We were ready to buy a new fireplace from Gippsland fireplaces because he had helped us wonderfully in the past and instead of spending several thousands of dollars on a new fireplace advised just to replace the flue. Great honesty.

Great service .The guys who installed the heater showed up on time, were very friendly and polite, explained the process as they went. Ran into a couple of problems as the chimney was problematic but sorted it. Custom making a surround as the fireplace was a different size to the expected - their mistake but sorted it professionally . Definitely recommend them.
