I’ve just experienced had the most unprofessional behaviour from the two women working here 10:30am 8/1/21. They were both talking about personal personal things that shouldn’t be spoken about at work in front of patients. They were discussing right in front of me the reasons they shouldn’t be at work today; one can’t concentrate on anything or read the computer because her bunny is sick, and the other said she feels like a headless chook and said she shouldn’t be working today. At this point I took the tourniquet off my arm, and took my referral and left, to which their response was “Oh my god are you serious? Oh my god are you for real!” The blonde woman chased me out to the car park and asked me what I do for a job (?????). I told her repeatedly that what she was doing was unprofessional and she needed to leave. This is an absolute circus, and staff need to undergo substantial further training.
