This is an interesting local land mark that is often overlooked by pedestrians. The plaque attached to the protective frame provides interesting information. Happily, the local councillor, Rick Jeffries who is mentioned on the plaque is still a proud local resident but no longer in Council. Today’s busses don’t stop at this stop but there are many stops very close by if you want to visit.
