Base on my experience, those bad reviews will not be that low if all that did not happen to tenants.

We have been renting a beautiful home through SRT for over nine months now. We had a memorable move-in with a couple minor issues which had Steve drive all the way over to make sure things were okay for our first weekend settling in. That spoke volumes to me. Throughout our lease, maintenance issues are uploaded via an app, and responses are usually fairly quick to come back, even just to say the property manager is discussing in further detail and/or waiting for approval from the owners. Our experiences over the phone and in person have been pleasant as the team are both friendly whilst being professional and efficient at what they do. They seem to have the best interests at heart for both owners and tenants. Remember, as a tenant being respectful and taking good care of someone else’s home goes a long ways to helping ensure you get the best service in return! Thank you so much for helping us get this great house during such a hectic time!
