Wow, delicious. We have eaten churasco before, but never in Townsville. The meats were awesomely well cooked, seafood delicious. Enjoy the pineapple work spices and banana fritters. Chicken wrapped in smokey bacon was unexpectedly tasty and the ever enjoyable chicken hearts (try them you'll love them). All you can eat sides and salads. Was fantastic.

Authentic enough Brazilian Barbeque establishment tucked in the centre of Townsville. The menu and recipes were designed in collaboration with Mr. Almir Da Fonesca, a U.S based Brazilian chef. The meats were cooked to perfection and the sides were no slouch either. Of note are the chicken hearts, blade beef marinated with beer and the baby octopuses. If you a big eater and love meat this is THE PLACE for you. Furthermore unlike some other Churrascarias in Australia, there is no time limit for the buffet. As it should be, in Brazil the Brazilians would normally gather and socialise for hours with Caipirinhas and good meat sliced hot from skewers. For 49AUD, you get unlimited servings of meat and bottomless sides, making it an easy recommendation for all who visit Townsville. Great food, good service and ambience. 4/5 stars.
Great variety of meats and plenty of it, staff go above and beyond to unsure customers are happy. Will definitely come here again when next in town. I have been to Chico Rio a number if times and I am constantly impressed with the service and quality of food. Excellent value and every staff member is very polite and friendly. It is a treat! I recommend highly!
Food is amazing, especially beef, broccoli in garlic and greek salad. We have come for second times and tried the combination platter and it was more than enough for 2 adults. The all you can eat buffet is a nice deal for big groups
