We where travelling to Townsville from Cairns in our HSV GTS and had Vibration coming from front wheel, pulled up at frosty mango to change Wheel with spare and found tools for the job missing.... so drove slow All way to Townsville as going to a specialist appointment.... these guys Where more than helpful, changed our tyre to our spare as haven’t got a wheel for ours in stock...would not take any payment for their time either!! Highly recommend these guys!! Thankyou again for all your help, got to appointment In time too! From Don and Janene Gray

Excellent and professional service from Jake and the team at Bridgestone. We had our wheel rims replaced with Alloys on our Sprinter Motorhome. Very limited choices with weight ratings etc but Jake looked around for the best option and ensured it matched our needs. Most other places couldn't be bothered asking us to do the research ourselves. He also gave us a competitive price and had it delivered in 2 working days from Brisbane with no freight costs. Comfortable air conditioned showroom with plenty of space to sit and social distance whilst waiting for the job to be done. Wheels look great and happy we went to Bridgestone. Thanks Jake.

My wife took my car in for four new tyres, when I drove it the next day there was an obvious wheel out of balance on the back of the car. There were no wheel weights on any of the wheels so I rang the branch and was reluctantly told to bring the car back. They admitted that the wheels hadn’t been balanced but no apology and were very off hand. We have bought three sets of new tyres from this branch over the last eight years but won’t be going back after our treatment.
