Outstanding customer service from the new owners of the business. They went above and beyond to ensure that our wishes were taken care of and the level of attention to detail was greatly appreciated to get the stone perfect. The care that was provided to us in a difficult time to arrange stone collection, inscription and return was extremely efficient. Their thoughtfulness and sincere kindness will be remembered always. Highly recommend.

Nalty memorials' new oweners provided great service and care with all aspects of the selection and preparation of memorials. The whole family did a professional and dedicated job with a recent grave and headstone. Also did excellent work restoring other family headstones. Very pleased to have selected Nalty Memorials.

I waited 12 months to have a inscription done. Finally after calling every week a nd always getting the same reply. It finally got done. BUT. The bloody thing is crooked. Now for my next fight!!! Such a disorganized company. Never follow up phone calls. Always has an excuse. Don't use them!!!
Great job done for my wife's headstone.Detail style and class.Everyone who has seen it have been so impressed with the quality of the finished product.Compared to others at Centennial Park Nalty are a cut above.The pricing is also very reasonable.
AVOID!!! You only get 1 star because I HAVE to pick 1! BAD SERVICE! Thanks, my Grandma didnt have her tombstone for her birthday which she should have had well and truly before! Very dissatisfying!

Absolutely worst company to deal with no follow up calls been waiting to hear from them for 3 weeks only to get told no one's there to help and someone will call back and they never do ...surprised their still in business ...1 star is being generous !!!!
