Extremely important and well run organisation with fantastically friendly staff. Got to see around their facility and it was very clear that the team is beyond passionate about their jobs.
Called to report a hurt seagull, instead got told to pick it up myself and take it to the vet. Said I didn't want to distress it and they said makes no difference if they come and do it they will distress it too... don't really understand why this man is doing this job or why this is a business if not willing to help.. a joke.
